As a child, Mercury's parents listened mostly to Indian music. The playback Singer Mangskr was among the first musicians who influenced him.

 

 

After moving to England, Mercury became a fan of Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. Mercury said of Hendrix: "Jimi Hendrix has a  great importance: he is my idol. He is a kind of figurehead, and his plays on the stage shows a rock idol. There is no way to measure it up. Either you have it or not, and in this case , no one has what he has. "

 

 

Another favorite character on Mercury was the singer and actress Liza Minnelli. In 1975 interview, Mercury said: "When it comes to a total talent  - it is dripping from her. She is full of energy and she gets stamina on stage...the way she gives herself to the public is highly influential. We have much to learn from her."
